Flex List is a dynamic task management platform that enables users to seamlessly create lists and assign tasks for collaborative completion by team members, optimising team workflows and accountability.

Starting with only a core description of its intended functionality, I conducted in-depth competitor research to understand existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. From there, I developed a detailed user flow that mapped out every interaction within the app and produced initial wireframes.

After presenting these to the client and incorporating their feedback, I created the high-fidelity designs, carefully ensuring that every element met the project’s usability and aesthetic standards. To maintain design accuracy in the final product, I collaborated closely with developers at each stage of the implementation process.
