LookRef is a platform that helps job seekers centralise and share references with recruiters, while enabling employers to find candidates based on reference type and quantity.

Leading the redesign, I focused on enhancing the reference management process for ease of use, quick interactions, and clear visibility. I began by identifying issues in the existing design and conducting research for inspiration. After mapping user flows, I created low-fidelity wireframes and refined them into high-fidelity designs based on client feedback. I also redesigned two landing pages for job seekers and recruiters to encourage user engagement.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the client, providing guidance on design choices, copywriting, and marketing strategy, as well as sourcing developers.
